Creator of Dilbert Questioning The Theory of Evolution?

Here's a bit of humor for you with a dab of truth in the systematic way Evolution is "fed" to us.

Hmmmm, I'm disappointed in Scott Adams. It seems kind of lame.

Joe, what's your take on the different bits of it?

I think it's funny when the frogs rain down, and when the dinosaur walks by.

I'm thinking about what it would be like if the script were rewritten so Dilbert's and Dogbert's opinions were reversed.

I couldn't find a date for the show, but someone quoted it from '04, so it must be at least that old. There's a post on the Dilbert blog from Scott Adams fairly recently:
http://dilbertblog.typepad.com/the_dilbert_blog/2007/09/fossils-still-b.html from September '07, where he says:

"First, when I say “the evidence for evolution is bullshit,” I’m NOT saying any of the following:

1. Evolution isn’t a scientific fact.
2. All evidence for evolution is false.
3. God created the earth.

What I’m saying is that the evidence for evolution that is available to the casual person of interest, including most students, is simplified to the point of being misleading, false, or useless. In other words, the popular argument for evolution is bullshit, independent of the underlying reality of evolution or the evidence available to experts in the field."

What his actual ideas are, I'm not clear on, but I don't think they agree with yours.

Hello Highdesert,

Of course I would agree that he doesn't agree with or comes from the same angle I do which is from a biblical view point/perspective. But what is interesting to note is that here is a secular person (non-christian, religious person) pointing out the flaws in the way the media presents evolution to people. In this, I agree with his view. I don't believe him to be a Christian hence the reason he states immediately he is not for arguing the three points he lists.

In addition, my motive is to bring people to the truth, but I think Scott Adams just wants to stir the waters up for Evolutionists :) In this I must admit I find some pleasure :)
